Jordan V. Wang, MD, MBE, MBA is the Medical Research Director at the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York and the Medical Director at the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami before pursuing a master's degree in bioethics and health policy from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was exposed to cutting-edge healthcare innovation and patient-centered medicine. He then received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University, where he remained for his dermatology residency training. With rising interest in the business of medicine, he subsequently enrolled at the Fox School of Business at Temple University to attain his executive master's degree in business administration. He then completed specialized fellowship training in cosmetic dermatologic surgery, lasers, and medical devices under Roy G. Geronemus, MD, at the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York, where he stayed on to advance their medical research and expand their device development programs. In addition to this position, he recently opened the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of Pennsylvania to bring his training and new technology to care for patients in the Greater Philadelphia area on the Main Line. Over the years, Dr. Wang has received several research awards, scholarships, and grants. He currently has over 250 peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and conference presentations, while his work continues to be highlighted in medical journals and national meetings.
