    Girish S. Munavalli, MD, MHS, FACMS

    Dr. Munavalli is medical director and founder of Dermatology, Laser and Vein Specialists of the Carolinas in Charlotte, NC. He trained in Dermatology at Emory University School of Medicine and received board certified in 2002, and recertification in 2012 and 2022. He is dual board certified in Mohs Micrographic surgery.
    Dr. Munavalli’s memberships and academic affiliations include:

    Board Certified and Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery
    Fellow - American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery
    Fellow - American Society for Dermatologic Surgery
    Academic affiliation - Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the Wake Forest University Department of Dermatology
    -Author of over 90 peer reviewed publications and has given over 275 lectures nationally and internationally.
