    Claire M. Noell, MD

    Maryland Laser Skin and Vein Institute

    Dr. Claire Noell, MD, FAAD, FASLMS is a board-certified, fellowship-trained cosmetic and medical dermatologist at Maryland Laser Skin and Vein Institute in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Born and raised in Louisiana, she attended Vanderbilt University for her undergraduate studies, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Noell completed medical school at Tulane University School of Medicine and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She completed her internship in general surgery at Tulane Medical Center and dermatology residency at Tufts Medical Center, where she served as co-chief resident in her final year.

    Following residency, Dr. Noell completed an American Society for Dermatologic Surgery- accredited cosmetic dermatologic surgery fellowship where she trained under internationally renowned leaders Drs. Robert Weiss and Margaret Weiss.

    Dr. Noell has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal publications, academic poster presentations, oral abstracts, and book chapters on aspects of cosmetic dermatology. She is actively involved in clinical studies for cosmetic and medical dermatology and has presented on various topics at national conferences.
