Prof. Levi is the vice-chairman of the Dermatology Division and the head of the Photodermatosis Service of Rabin Medical Center, Petah-Tikva, Israel.
He is a a graduate of the Hadassah – Hebrew University Medical School, Jerusaslem, Israel. During his residency in dermatology at Hadassah Medical Center, he was trained in the field of photobiology. He also studied the effects of natural killer cells on melanomas and different viruses at the Lautenberg Center for General and Tumor Immunology, Department of Immunology and Cancer Research, The Hebrew University Medical School, Jerusalem, Israel.
After completing his residency, Prof. Levi joined the Dermatology Division of Rabin Medical Center, Petah-Tikva, Israel and was trained in the field of Lasers in dermatology.
His research is focused on photobiology and energy-based devices. His main clinical interest are photobiology and lasers in dermatology, and he the author of more than 70 peer-reviewed scientific publications and book chapters.
