    William (Bill) joined BIOLASE in 2002, achieving his current role as Vice President of Biolase Innovation and Business Development in 2018.
    Brown has been involved in laser dentistry since 1987 and the research, development and commercialization of over a dozen dental instruments.
    Brown is a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery (ASLMS) and the International Academy of Dental-Facial Esthetics (IADFE) and a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
    Prior to joining BIOLASE, Brown was a co-founder of Kreativ, Inc., an international advanced dental equipment company, acquired in 1999 by Welch-Allyn, Inc., at which time he served as Director of New Product Development and Board Director for Welch-Allyn/Kreativ, Inc.
    Prior to this, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at HGM Medical Laser Systems, Inc., an international medical laser manufacturer. He also held senior management positions at Humphrey Instruments, the American Optical Division of Warner Lambert, Coherent Medical and Sharplan Lasers/Laser Industries.
    Brown holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alabama.
