Course Description:
Medical device manufacturers address adverse outcomes with a strategy of "Corrective Action and Preventative Action" (CAPA). This session will apply the same approach to clinical thinking: how to correct adverse outcomes, how to identify the root cause, and how to implement a system that will prevent it in the future.
