To receive a Certificate of Credit or a Certificate of Participation for the 2024 Annual Conference, registered attendees must submit a completed electronic CME/CE evaluation no later than 1PM CT on 5/15/2024. Registered attendees must also document hours of attendance for each applicable session. Hours are calculated to the nearest quarter hour (.25), not including breaks. All submitted CME/CE evaluations will first be reviewed by the ASLMS Central Office before certificates are distributed. Attendees will receive their certificates via email from ASLMS in June 2024.

You must "create" your evaluation site user record by clicking on the Evaluations/Surveys tile in the mobile app or logging into this companion site from this page and then accessing the evaluation site link. The login button for this companion site is located in the upper right of the blue navigation bar below the ASLMS event banner. The credentials are the same as those you used for the mobile app. You cannot access the Evaluation site directly with your credentials until this has been completed.
Access the ASLMS 2024 Evaluations via the left-hand menu item. Once your user record is created, your login credentials will be the same as those on the mobile app / ASLMS Companion site. Please see the FAQ if you have any questions.
